Introduction
CECILIO AI OS is a private productivity, content-management and analytics system operated by Cecilio del Peso. It is designed primarily for the operator’s own authorized accounts and may connect to supported third-party services, including Google/YouTube and TikTok, to retrieve, organize, analyze and, where specifically authorized, manage the operator’s own content.
CECILIO AI OS is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by Google, YouTube, or TikTok.
Information We Access
Google and YouTube
Access to Google/YouTube data requires explicit authorization through Google OAuth. Depending on the enabled integration and the permissions granted, CECILIO AI OS may access:
- the authorized YouTube channel identity and channel metadata;
- video and playlist metadata available through the YouTube Data API;
- YouTube Analytics reports and performance statistics for the authorized channel; and
- the
youtube.uploadpermission, when explicitly authorized, to upload or schedule videos to the operator’s own YouTube channel.
CECILIO AI OS does not use YouTube API access to manage unrelated third-party channels. Publication functionality is controlled separately from read-only collection and is disabled unless the operator has explicitly authorized the relevant publication workflow.
TikTok
TikTok access requires explicit authorization through TikTok Login Kit and OAuth. The current TikTok integration requests read-only permissions:
- user.info.basic — the account’s application-specific identifier (
open_id) and display name. - video.list — public video ID, creation timestamp, title, description, duration, share URL, embed link, cover image URL, and public view, like, comment, and share counters.
The current TikTok integration does not request permission to publish or upload TikTok videos, modify or delete TikTok content, send messages, manage advertising or commerce, or access the TikTok Research API.
How We Use Information
CECILIO AI OS uses authorized account information and content data to verify connected accounts, organize imported publications, maintain historical observations, analyze performance, compare content, support content decisions, and produce informational recommendations for the operator.
Where a platform permission and an internal human approval both permit publication, CECILIO AI OS may also use the operator’s own media and authorized account connection to upload or schedule approved content. Publication controls are separate from analytics and are intended to remain within the scope explicitly approved by the operator.
CECILIO AI OS does not sell Google, YouTube, or TikTok data.
Data Storage and Security
OAuth client credentials, access tokens, and refresh tokens are stored locally on the operator’s device, outside the application’s source repository. The implementation uses protected local credential storage, restricted operating-system file permissions, secure OAuth state validation, PKCE where applicable, verified TLS/HTTPS communication, and exclusion of credential files from source control.
Imported account observations, content metadata, analytics and metric snapshots may be stored in a local application database. The system also maintains internal records needed for auditability, including authorization, approval, experiment, publication, and reconciliation records.
Data Sharing
CECILIO AI OS does not sell data obtained from connected services and does not intentionally disclose that data to unrelated third parties. Network communication with Google/YouTube, TikTok, or another explicitly enabled service occurs as necessary to provide the authorized integration.
Each third-party platform processes information according to its own privacy policy and terms.
Google and YouTube Data Retention
CECILIO AI OS follows platform-specific retention requirements for YouTube API data. YouTube resource metadata is refreshed or deleted within the periods required by applicable YouTube API policies. Authorized analytics or statistical data is retained only to the extent permitted by applicable YouTube policies and any required audit or authorization conditions.
Features involving additional derived metrics or extended statistical storage remain disabled unless and until their use is permitted under the applicable YouTube API rules.
TikTok Data Retention
The current TikTok integration may retain previously imported publications, account observations, public metadata, and historical metrics in the local application database. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule for imported TikTok information. Locally retained TikTok information may be removed manually by the operator where appropriate.
User Choices, Revocation and Disconnection
The operator may decline or discontinue authorization for any supported service.
For Google/YouTube, CECILIO AI OS includes a revocation workflow that can revoke the Google OAuth grant and remove the associated local token. The operator may also review or revoke access through Google Account Permissions.
For TikTok, local disconnection removes the locally stored authorization used for future API requests. The operator may also remove the application’s authorization through TikTok account permission controls. Local TikTok disconnection does not itself constitute remote revocation and does not automatically erase information previously imported into CECILIO AI OS.
Data Deletion Requests
CECILIO AI OS includes local deletion capabilities for supported application data. Because the system is currently operated primarily for the operator’s own authorized accounts, deletion requests or questions may be sent directly to the operator at ceciliodelpeso@gmail.com.
Revoking a platform authorization and deleting locally stored data are separate operations. Where appropriate, both may be performed.
Deleting data stored locally by CECILIO AI OS does not delete videos or other content hosted on YouTube. YouTube-hosted content must be managed or deleted through YouTube or another separately authorized YouTube action.
Third-Party Policies
Use of Google and YouTube services is also subject to the applicable Google and YouTube policies, including the Google Privacy Policy, the YouTube Terms of Service, and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.
Use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok’s applicable terms, privacy policy, and developer requirements.
Children’s Privacy
CECILIO AI OS is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone below the minimum age required to authorize the relevant connected service in their jurisdiction. The operator does not knowingly use the application to collect children’s personal information.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This policy may be updated when CECILIO AI OS, its integrations, applicable platform requirements, or its actual data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current published version.
