TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective date: September 11, 2026
INTRODUCTION
These Terms of Service govern the use of CECILIO AI OS, a private productivity, content-management and analytics system operated by Cecilio del Peso.
CECILIO AI OS is designed primarily for the operator’s own authorized accounts and may connect to supported third-party services, including Google/YouTube and TikTok, to retrieve, organize, analyze and, where specifically authorized, manage the operator’s own content.
By authorizing access to a supported service, the user agrees to these Terms of Service and to the applicable terms and policies of that third-party service.
CECILIO AI OS is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by Google, YouTube, or TikTok.
AUTHORIZED USE
CECILIO AI OS is intended for lawful personal productivity, content organization, analytics, experimentation, and approved content-management purposes.
The user must only connect accounts that they own or are otherwise authorized to access. Access to a supported platform must be granted through the platform’s applicable authorization process, such as OAuth.
GOOGLE AND YOUTUBE ACCESS
CECILIO AI OS may use Google OAuth and YouTube API Services to access the operator’s authorized YouTube channel. Depending on the enabled integration and permissions granted, this may include channel identity, video and playlist metadata, YouTube Analytics reports and performance statistics.
CECILIO AI OS may also request the youtube.upload permission. Where that permission is enabled, the application may upload or schedule videos only for the operator’s authorized channel and only within a separately approved publication workflow.
Read-only analytics authorization does not by itself authorize publication. Publication functionality remains subject to separate internal controls and explicit operator approval.
TIKTOK ACCESS
The current TikTok integration requests only the permissions necessary for its read-only functionality:
- user.info.basic — used to identify the authorized TikTok account through its application-specific identifier (
open_id) and display name. - video.list — used to retrieve the authorized account’s public videos and associated public metadata and engagement counters.
The current TikTok integration does not request permission to publish or upload TikTok videos, modify or delete TikTok content, send messages, manage advertising or commerce, or access the TikTok Research API.
USE OF INFORMATION
Information obtained from connected services may be used to identify authorized accounts, organize imported content, maintain historical observations, analyze performance, compare publications, support content decisions, and provide informational recommendations.
Where publication is specifically authorized, CECILIO AI OS may use the operator’s own media and authorized platform connection to upload or schedule approved content within the approved scope.
CECILIO AI OS does not sell Google, YouTube, or TikTok data.
ACCOUNT AUTHORIZATION AND REVOCATION
Access to supported platforms requires explicit authorization by the account holder.
The user may decline authorization, disconnect a supported service, or revoke access through the relevant third-party account controls.
For Google/YouTube, CECILIO AI OS includes a revocation workflow that can revoke the Google OAuth grant and remove the corresponding local token. The user may also review or revoke Google access through Google Account Permissions. For TikTok, local disconnection removes the locally stored authorization used for future TikTok API requests; remote revocation may also be performed through TikTok account controls.
Disconnecting or revoking authorization does not necessarily delete information that was previously imported into the local application database. Local data deletion is a separate operation.
DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
CECILIO AI OS may retain information from authorized services to support historical observations, analytics, auditability, experiments, and publication reconciliation, subject to the requirements of the applicable platform.
For YouTube API data, resource metadata is refreshed or deleted within the periods required by applicable YouTube API policies. Statistical data and derived metrics are retained or enabled only where permitted by applicable platform rules and any required audit or authorization conditions.
The current TikTok integration does not apply an automatic deletion schedule to imported TikTok information. Locally retained information may be removed manually where appropriate.
CECILIO AI OS includes local deletion capabilities for supported application data. Questions or deletion requests may be sent to ceciliodelpeso@gmail.com.
Deleting locally stored CECILIO AI OS data does not delete videos or other content hosted on YouTube. YouTube-hosted content must be managed or deleted through YouTube or another separately authorized YouTube action.
SECURITY
CECILIO AI OS uses security measures appropriate to its current private/local operating model, including protected local credential storage, restricted file permissions, secure OAuth state validation, PKCE where applicable, verified TLS/HTTPS communication, and exclusion of credential files from source control.
No system can guarantee absolute security, and use of the application remains subject to the inherent risks associated with software and network communications.
HUMAN CONTROL
CECILIO AI OS may automate data collection, analysis and preparation of recommendations. Actions that publish content or otherwise change an external service are intended to remain subject to explicit authorization and the internal approval controls implemented for the relevant workflow.
An approval for one defined publication campaign or action does not constitute unlimited authorization for future publications, additional platforms, paid advertising, or unrelated actions.
USER RESPONSIBILITIES
The user agrees not to use CECILIO AI OS to:
- access an account without authorization;
- violate applicable laws or regulations;
- interfere with connected services;
- circumvent access controls, platform safeguards, or security measures;
- misuse information obtained through connected services; or
- use the application in a manner inconsistent with applicable platform terms, policies, or developer requirements.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
CECILIO AI OS may interact with third-party platforms including Google/YouTube and TikTok. Use of those services remains subject to their respective terms, privacy policies, availability, technical requirements, and developer policies.
CECILIO AI OS does not control and is not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms to their APIs, services, policies, availability, functionality, quotas, or approval requirements.
Google/YouTube use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy, the YouTube Terms of Service, and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.
AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
CECILIO AI OS is under active development. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued. Integrations may change when required by security considerations, technical limitations, platform requirements, or changes to third-party APIs.
DISCLAIMER
CECILIO AI OS provides organizational, analytical and content-management functionality. Analyses, observations, findings, scores, or recommendations are informational and are not guarantees of future performance or outcomes.
The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of CECILIO AI OS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use or inability to use the application or from changes, interruptions, restrictions, or actions of third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
TERMINATION
The user may stop using CECILIO AI OS or disconnect an authorized service at any time. Access or an integration may also be discontinued where necessary for security, legal, technical, or platform-compliance reasons.

Use of information by CECILIO AI OS is also governed by the CECILIO AI OS Privacy Policy.
